Plastic size reduction

Shredding & Crushing Equipment

Prepare your plastic waste for the next step—with equipment selected for its shape, size and required output.

Process selection

From bulky waste to reusable feedstock.

01

Shredding

Reduce bulky waste into manageable pieces.

02

Crushing

Reduce prepared material to the required particle size.

03

Pulverizing

Grind suitable pellets or regrind into fine powder.

These are different processing options; not every material requires all three stages.

FAQ

Before you choose.

Which machine should I choose?

Choose by material form and required output: controlled shredding for lumps and scrap, primary shredding for bulky waste, dedicated feeding for pipes, or pulverizing for powder.

Can shredding and crushing work together?

Yes. Primary shredding reduces bulky feedstock, while downstream crushing can further reduce particle size. The route depends on material condition and the next process.

What do you need for a proposal?

Send material photos, dimensions, polymer type, target capacity and required output size. We will recommend the machine and feeding arrangement.
