High strength, customized spindle rotor
The main shaft rotor adopts high strength welded steel structure, unique V-shaped design. All spindles pass strict dynamic and static balance test to ensure the reliability of the machine operation. At the same time, it can customize spindle design according to different material requirements.
External bearing seat.
The bearing seat is installed on the outside of the body, and the sealing ring is used between the spindle and the box to effectively avoid the shredded materials in the box into the bearing, thereby extending the life of the bearing.
Hydraulic opening and closing device
The upper and lower chassis and screen bracket are hydraulically opened and closed, which is convenient for machine maintenance and the disassembly and replacement of blades and screens.
