BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The single axis shredder is mainly composed of a spindle, blade, fixed blade, box, feeding system, pushing system, power system, etc. It utilizes the interaction between the moving knife and the fixed knife, and controls the discharge size through a sieve to shred, shear, and extrude the material to a smaller size. Often used for primary crushing of various plastic solid waste, materials can be processed to smaller sizes in one go. It has the characteristics of controllable discharge particle size, wide applicability of materials, and high efficiency.

- The overall cyclic movement of warehouse materials allows unrestricted feeding, ensuring high shredding efficiency and preventing material jamming.
- The main shaft is specially custom-designed with a large rotating diameter to guarantee shredding contact surface and enhance production capacity.
- The transmission components use couplings to reduce vibration, protecting the main shaft and gearbox without power loss.
- Both upper and lower parts of the main shaft are equipped with fixed blades to effectively cut materials, preventing entanglement, and resulting in small shredded particle sizes.
- The electrical control system is PLC programmable, equipped with functions such as start, stop, forward rotation, and automatic overload protection. The entire machine operates automatically, ensuring stable and safe operation, while also saving labor costs.
